I want to update this thread that ReportMax Support has resolved this issue. The fix is included in the following release:

http://www.cppmax.com/downloads/ReportMax/ReportMaxSetup3.5.1.msi or a newer release

If you encounter this issue, please remove the previous version, install this one, remove the old references in the existing project.

1. What is your query look like?
2. Did you override SetDataSource event? What does it look like?
